"Run!" It seemed, his whole life, he had been running to danger or away from danger. He would save someone or arrive too late.
Always, a new face greeted him, just not hers. He had her. He lost her. He would snap his fingers. He would open the doors and leave this world for another. He would, once again, leave her behind.
He was getting too old to keep running and start a new life without her. Until he found her again. She was out there, in time and space. He would show her the universe. He had to run.
